Groups Witch Fever, Pest Control and Loathfinder are welcomed to the festival program. Unfortunately, Twin Temple, Ithaca and Dödsrit will not make it to Gdansk this year.
Preparing a festival is a complex logistical challenge, so we plan everything months in advance. Unfortunately, at such a long distance anything can happen, and for reasons beyond our control Twin Temple, Ithaca and Dödsrit canceled their performances in Gdansk. Fortunately, we managed to find a worthy replacement, so we are happy to welcome them to the festival program:
Witch Fever – a doom-punk quartet from Manchester that blends Black Sabbath’s gloomy heritage with some filth and fury. Their album “Congregation” and, of course, their gig in Gdansk are worth checking out.
Pest Control – the title of their debut album is actually “Don’t Test the Pest,” but by exception you can disobey. Their music is crossover, sowing destruction on the border of hardcore and old-school thrash.
Loathfinder comes from Krakow and they represent two powerful elements: death and black metal. The lineup features musicians known for Totenmesse and Fleshworld, among others.
